Color Plotting on the HP Designjet

We've recently worked on obtaining the best results when printing color renderings on the HP Designjet. You'll need to make a few modifications in your printing sequence that I'll walk you through below.

When plotting on Glossy paper or Bond paper, you should navigate to Printing Preferences. You’ll see the following dialog box.

Click on the 'Paper Quality' tab and slide the Print Quality all the way to the right. This will give you the best image possible.

Next click on the 'Color' tab. You should see the following dialog box.

Click on the 'More Color Options' button. You'll see the following dialog box.

Slide Cyan, Magenta and Yellow to the far left [-10]. Please leave Black at 0.

This should give you the best quality print. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
