Constructs - Site

General

File Location: \Constructs\Architectural
File Name: Refer to File Naming Conventions
Display (plan type): Medium Detail

Usage Guidelines

Site constructs should contain architectural site information and may reference other drawings, such as a survey or civil drawing, or the ground level construct. The site construct will be referenced to the architectural site plan view, and possibly the floor plan views as well.

The site construct often starts as a drawing received from others. The original drawing should be stored in the appropriate directory and the contents pasted into a new construct. The new drawing should then be “cleaned up” in terms of content, layering, colors etc.

PROJECT NAVIGATOR Assignments

Levels: Usually only level 1, unless the site is sloped up or down to another level. This will require a separate construct representing that level.
